Christina Ma
President
Christina Ma is a full-time student in the MBA-MTI program at Ted Rogers School of Management with a background in healthcare. As the President of the Women in Leadership Association she is devoted to influencing a mindset shift surrounding leadership in business and promoting Ryerson and Ted Rogers as a place to build the skills to become the next generation of leaders, ones that embrace diversity and inclusion.

Nadia Barbosa
VP Marketing (she/her)
Nadia understands the concept of teamwork through managing cross-functional teams towards a common goal in her current role as marketing project manager. Her marketing experience varies widely from traditional print, broadcast television and digital. When she’s not managing projects, Nadia leads a Lean in Circle and mentors current or recent graduates. Her ambition for WiLA is to increase participation and engagement among MBA students through marketing initiatives.


Adena Tukabo
VP Finance (she/her)
Adena is a part time MBA student at the Ted Rogers School Of Management. As a Human Resources Professional, she sees the immense value of networking with other women and allies to propel the career of women everywhere. While Vice President of Finance with WiLA, she aspires to provide opportunities for female-identifying TRSM students to advance their careers through attending a variety of events.
Lauren’s unconventional career path, from luxury fashion to circus arts, taught her that breaking barriers is not only achievable, but empowering. She has travelled the world, teaching professionals to step outside their comfort zones and push their limits. Now, she wants to motivate others to do the same. Through WILA, she aims to connect students with mentors who have transcended barriers, providing the network, resources and confidence to succeed as strong, authentic leaders.
